We collect account details, course progress, messages you send, and payment references needed to provide the service. We do not ask you to submit full card details to English with Cliff.

AI features
When Kio's AI mode is enabled, the text you submit may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive personal information. The app should disclose the active provider before this mode is enabled.
Retention and control
We retain records only as long as needed for the service, security, accounting, or legal requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
